Pathetic post sales service.
Hi I am reaching out from desperation. I purchase a jacket and the logo rubbed off. The store assured me they have a life long guarantee and they will send it to CT to fix. Been given the run around for the past 2x months. Given numbers to call in CT of people that are on leave. Then told jacket ks on its way which was 3x weeks ago. Please help I want my jacket.

My KWay jacket logo rubbed off. I was told drop it off in store and it will be fixed in 6x weeks. As they have a life long guarantee.
Have been told 3x weeks ago jacket is enroute but not fixed. Keenan at Nicholway has no clue of where it is. Why it was not fixed. He gave me 2x managers numbers at head office so I could follow up. Both numbers goes to voice mail. I called Keenan back and am told sorry they are on leave. He doesn’t have any one else I can call. Today after calling Keenan again he says someone was supposed to call me back with feedback. Nobody called me. And he still doesn’t have any feedback.
They need to change their promise to it takes a life long to fix their jackets.
I want my jacket back!!!!
Will never buy this brand again nor recommend it to anyone. They are a joke.
