Pathetic excuse for online shopping and zero customer support

If I could give you a 0 rating I would have. I placed an order 3 May. I received no updates, I called the contact center only to find out they are closed. Four emails later from me with a single response on the 30th of May saying that you need to cancel my order.... What pathetic excuse for customer service! This is my second horrible incident with cape union mart ... Please close your online doors you don't know how to service your customer!!!!i will definitely NOT be shopping with you again.
