Pathetic customer service / delivery

I ordered a brown ladies K-way jacket in a bigger size at the Matlosana Mall branch beginning of May 2019. Since then, I've been to the store 4 times and I was reassured that the order will definitely be delivered an it's taking long as they receiving stock from the Hyde Park branch. On the 20th July, I visited the store again for the "Save the Buck" sale and enquired as to when I will be receiving the jacket I order over two months ago. The lady that helped me said she's not sure what happened to my order and checked if it was possible to order it online. However, she couldn't so she placed a different order to receive the jacket from another store (Rustenburg branch if I recall correctly). On the 26th July, I was called and informed that the jacket is discontinued and no longer available. I'm extremely disappointed as I even bought an eBucks voucher on the 10th May for the jacket.
