PATHETIC COMPANY

This company (V&AWaterfront) is a bunch of bull****ters. I bought a R9800 drone on Sunday and returned it the very next day less than 24 hours as it was faulty. Instead of replacing it or reimbursing me the Manager (Anton) played us for fools with a bunch of lies up to now. He refers to their company policy with their supplier that it need to be sent away. This is against my consumer rights and this company dont mind breaking the law. I as the consumer have a choice to have the item replaced, repaired or reimbursed the full price. Instead the manager lacks customer relationship skills and has turned a blind eye to our grievances. Not once has he bothered to contact us with an update instead we must run after him and when we get hold of him he keep piling on more lies. He made several promises which he never honored at all. When we went to the store 1 day ago this manager even tried dodging us, instead of letting us know what they intend doing to resolve the matter speedily all he does is nod and bull****ting us. We emailed their customer service department and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement from them.

Be careful of this company their service and customer relationship is very very bad. They quick to sell you items and make promised of gaurentees being in place but it's just a bunch of lies it seems.

I'm on the verge of taking legal steps against this company.
