Pathetic

12 weeks ago I took my old khaki winter jacket in for repairs as there was a tear on the sleeve And the one sales lady on the floor recommended that I give it in and It will take 8 weeks to be repaired after 10 weeks I received a call from the eastrand mall store where I gave it in and she advised me that the jacket has been repaired and I should collect it which I was very happy about.... so I arrive at the store with my repair slip only to be advised that she forgot to send it in for repairs ???? And I should wait another 12 weeks and that I “shouldn’t complain as it is for free “ like seriously ?? My whole wardrobe is only old khaki and this will definitely put me off in supporting the brand ...
