Partial delivery of Cooler unit
I ordered a Mobicool P24 AC/DC cooler unit on line from Cape Union Mart during the week of 1 June 2015.<br> The unit was delivered but without the 220V AC adaptor.<br> I reported this via the Cape Union Mart chat line and the operator rep**** that it was discussed with the on line shop. Delivery of the adaptor was promised during the week of 8 June 2015.<br> Till now being 27 June 2015 delivery of the adaptor is still outstanding.<br> I have left messages on the chat line with no response.
