Paid Premium R75 for 2-3 day delivery - waiting

Your Shipment #*** for Order #***<br> I ordered trail running shoes from Cape Union Mart Online on a Tuesday night 4 August. I needed them for the weekend so I paid the R75 premium for 2-3 day delivery expecting them Friday 7 August. Now its Friday 14 August a week later and they still havnt been delivered. I phoned the courier and they said they only got the shoes on Tuesday so tge warehouse didnt even hand them over before the deadline. Why charge a premium for 2-3 days when you can only deliver within 7 working days?
