Paid over 2 weeks still no delivery

I recently visited sandton cape union mart to purchase some jackets. The assistsnt said there is the size im looking for on the system but they cant find it so it is better if i order online as they will deliver the correct size to me. I immediatly came home and ordered and paid. That was over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for delivery!!! I keep recoeving an email from them saying we are sorry we will send u drlivery details within a few days. This is not acceptable! They now say wait till 14/08 for an update to my order. Winter will be over by then!i am very disappointed with the online service
