Outstanding service from employees

A VERY satisfied customer, yes you read that right !

I feel it is my duty to bring to your attention, the outstanding service I received recently from two employees at Cape Union Mart (Upper level), Canal Walk, Cape Town

To say that Donald and Teddy went the extra mile would be unfair, they both went way, way beyond that in dealing with me. I had a problem with sourcing Cape Union Chuck Boots in any Western Cape store, they were unavailable, they were also not showing as available on the Cape Union Mart online store.

There were however the correct boots in the size that I wanted in various stores in other provinces. Between me phoning Canal Walk until I took delivery of two pairs today, the service that Donald and Teddy provided was unbelievable. They were extremely friendly and efficient in sourcing them from two Kwa-zulu Natal stores, arranging for them to be shipped to Cape Town and kept me notified of the process and progress throughout.

The end result is that I am extremely happy with the outcome and feel they deserve high praise and a mention to their management team.

Donald and Teddy have made a real difference, and should be held up as a shining example of what CAN BE DONE, if employees and managers actually try to meet customer expectation.

They are, certainly in my dealings with them, EXCELLENT employees and I do not believe this is a once off !

Hats off Donald and Teddy, and thank you for your service gentlemen !
