Outstanding service
I handed in a multi tool for repairs at the Waterfall mall branch, received it back and repairs not done satisfactory. Jerry immediately contacted the firm, and 2 weeks later i received a brand new multi tool form the relevant company . Outstanding customer service from Jerry. Thank you
