The Cape Union Mart in Fourways Mall has thee most wonderful young gentleman working there. His name is Pierre - he always greets when you walk into the store, always smiles and his customer service is above and beyond what I as a customer expect. He is a valuable asset for this brand and I appreciate people like Pierre so much as customer service lacks in 100% of our stores and brands in South Africa.
