Ordered in time. Still got it late

I responded to an ad on their website that claimed to deliver you christmas gifts before the 25. I only received it after. Under normanl circumstances I wouldn't have been upset, but I feel this was false advertising. I emailed a complaint and not even a rresponse. You really made it an even more difficult time of year.
