Order placed 30 April 2020 still not received

I placed an online order Thursday 30 April for: 1) Swan 18 Down Jacket 2) Tinia 19 Softshell Jacket. Order number CUM******44.

I still have not received my order at 18 June 2020. I have tried to get hold of customer service via telephone but have been unsuccessful as no one answers.

I have sent emails requesting feedback but received no response.

I’m not happy with the service delivered (there has been no delivery), lack of updates on my order status, and will not recommend Cape Union Mart to any family or friends. They are happy to take my money (paid on the date of transaction) but very poor customer service/delivery.
