Online store misrepresentation
<p>On the 19th of October 2016 I visited the Cape Union Mart online store where an item as advertised as being on sale. The item was K-Way Men's Contrail '15 1/4 Zip Fleece which usually retails for R399 and was on sale for R250 and advertised in various colours as per the first attached screenshot. Upon selecting the correct size and colour and adding the item to the shopping cart, the price reverted to the full retail price of R399. I collected screenshots of this and spent the next two days trying to get a Cape Union Mart representative to explain. I eventually got a response saying "Our men’s contrail fleece has been marked from R250, however the marked down option has since been sold out and the rest of the colours available online are marked at R399". I found this response to be unacceptable and requested contact details of his line manager, which I am still awaiting.</p>
