Online shopping order not getting delivered

I placed to order with the online shop and still have not received my goods have paid. Tried numerous times to phone noise answers and send emails no one response. Phones the head office and get a very rude receptionist who just puts you throw to the customer service department after telling her they don't answer. She tells me not her department so can't help me. Left a message with her to ask someone to contact me no phone call yet. Orders where placed almost a month ago and every week just get a automated email saying its on its way. Don't know what to do as no one contacts you. Very disappointed with cape Union mart.
