Online Shopping Experience Not the best

Cape Union Mart *** Placed an online order. Money is deducted off my account and no trace of my order or product. Holding on for ages when trying to follow up.....email responses are nothing more than "i will follow up". Received feedback (after I called) after 3 days that I will receive an order confirmation.....
