Online shopping a nightmare

Buying online from them is a nightmare. Online shopping is supposed to create convenience but I have been waiting for an order I placed on the 29th of March. Order status stuck on "in progress" not even shipped. After calling their customer care they lie to say delivery turned back because the office closed early, What office . For them to even lie.
