Online Order Not Delivered

Placed an order on line on the 7th of December, received an email on the 12th to say order is on the way via RAM. Tracking number provided does not exist on the RAM system, held for 20 minutes on the Cape Union Mart help line with no answer. Come on guys, online shopping is the future and you guys are seriously dropping the ball.
