Online order not delivered
Ordered on 7 August, have not received anything. Tried to email, tried to phone, no response and no feedback. Received a shipment notification on Friday with a RAM tracking number that does not work. On the website it says that the order is complete, yet I have nothing. Ten days for a 2 to 5 day promise is pathetic.
