Online order has three mistakes and one item missing. Utterly unacceptable!

Utterly ridiculous with regards to the online order we placed on 1 May 2020. Except that we only received the order today (29 May 2020) the order had three problems. One item wasn't included (although stated on the invoice) and two other items are the wrong size and one item is the wrong colour. This is utterly unacceptable and Cape Union Mart needs to step up their game if they want to be a respectable business. We pay for quality and this is unprofessional!
