One happy camper (Tygervalley Branch)
Has Cape Union Mart changed my opinion of them since my last visit? Yes Am I a happy customer? Yes Would I recommend the Tygervalley branch? Most definitely,
All thanks to your store manager Unathi, she listened to my complaint diligently, took time to deliberate, contacted me today and has provided a solution. Unathi I am so grateful for you taking the time out to really hear what my issue was, I just wanted my boot. The tellers where all pleasant, a total opposite of my experience last week, the lady that helped me, I forgot your name I'm sorry, thank you for your help and advice.
