Obakeng of Cape Union Mart has got to be the nicest, most helpful and polite salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is efficient, helpful and happy! What a great person to deal with. I wanted a jacket that was on sale. My local branch could not get it for me. I remembered this great guy i came into contact with when I visited the Rustenburg Store last month and decided to call. Not only did he go the extra mile and source the jacket, he gave me feedback every 2 days of so until it was received in the Store. Service like this is worth driving 200km for! I will most definitely go back. Keep up the great service
