Nothing is too much effort

I had to return an item, but my girlfriend lost the slip unfortunately. Karin went the extra mile to contact the branch where the purchase was made, get the receipt number and give me a full refund - the whole time with a smile on her face. I would like to compliment her outstanding customer service.
