NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I dont know how Retailers like Cape Union Mart can use DAWN WING/DPD LASER as the courier for all their deliveries to customers ... They are by far the most PATHETHIC UNRELIABLE AND *********** COURIER SERVICE company one can get. Then you phone CUM in the hopes that they will try and sort it out to keep their clients happy and keep you on track of what is happening with your order but this is obviously not one of their priority's because they already got their money so why would they bother. Very unhappy and unsatisfied.
