Not getting a response - my order of R4000 is lost???

I am extremely disappointed.

Not just is our order 4+ weeks still not here. On the website, it says it has been delivered and I haven't received it.

I paid almost R 4000 for the order.

1. Can't call them. 2. I have sent emails, Facebook messages and commented on FB posts - still no feedback.

I just feel I have paid a LOT of money - and they just have the: We have a backlog / It's a pandemic attitude about it.

I am freaking out - did I just spend a lot of money on clothes I won't get?
