Not a happy customer
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son online and the only colour for boys were Navy and Green. I paid more for this pair than in other shops as I really liked the colour of the ones on Cape Union Mart's site. (R350+R60) delivery.
To my disappointment an Navy and Red pair were delivered that cost R299 at Cape Union Mart but they charched met R410 for it. I could have bought them anyware else for cheaper than that plus Cape Union Mart's price of R299 is also on them.
I paid a R110 more to have the green and Navy and that was okay with me.
What is not okay is that what was advertised and what I got is it the same.
I asked for a return for either the correct pair or full refund as I didn't get what I ordered.
I send emails and photos and only received an email that states that my query was send to the online department. No further communication.
I cannot return it to the shop as the price I was charched is much more than in the shop and I would not get my delivery cost back. It shouldn't cost me courier cost of if they deliver the wrong item. I want my refund or correct shoes please! I have a very unhappy son and I'm a very unhappy customer.
