NO stock, but still takes the money

I am an online shopper - I luv it! I have used Cape union marts online shopping twice and both times they got it wrong. The reason I use online shopping is it is easier and I don't waste time. But shopping at cape union online store leaves me with more admin. The first time they delivered the wrong size (their mistake) the second time I paid and emailed them because after almost 3 weeks I haven't heard anything, for them only to tell me sorry we are out of stock. They will refund the money and send a voucher. Don't let that flatter you because it took another week for them to refund and I am still waiting for that so called voucher for the inconvenience...3 months later.<br> Bottom line....I will never use their online shopping again. Makes more admin for you!
