No statement. Debit order keep on going off each month
<p><br />I bought something in April last year for R500, every month you deduct R61 for almost a year know. I never receive any statements or correspondence from you. And now the debit order is more than double this past 2 months. Which gives a total of over R900.</p> <p>How is this possible? I request a statement urgently please.</p>

Please people, be care full before opening a RCS account with Cape Union Mart....
1. I bought an Item in April 2016 for R500.
2. A monthly debit order went off for R61 per month.
3. A year later I got a statement, reflecting I now owe them R700 on this account.
R200 more than the amount I purchased the item for, and after 11 monthly debit orders...
And now they tell me their system changed in Feb 2017.
Please people, be care full before opening a RCS account with Cape Union Mart....
