No Service vs Poor service

<p>I have gone in store and did not find any stock They advertised in store only and requested to see which branches might have but staff not very helpfull, they suggested I must contact online which I did and unfortunately I am waiting two weeks no response and customer care no answer. How do I order then and must I drive from branch to branch If I want something spesific </p>
