No service

I have been into Cape Union Mart in Cradlestone Mall on 2 occasions within the last 2 weeks, first time i was looking to purchase a pair of hiking shoes and the second time i was looking for a hiking backpack. Well on both occasions, not one of the staff members came near me to see if they can assist. On walking out the door on the second visit, i got a "did you find what you are looking for"....what a joke. I take it this store is so busy that they don't worry about an extra sale. Will never put foot in this store again.
