No service

I bought a k way 3in 1 jacket from cape union mart.

At first they did not have my size and had to wait. I did not the option to go to another store because we are in polokwane. They should have phone me when the jacket arrived and they did not. I phoned them to check on progress.

I got the jacket finally, my stitching came lose and had to return the jacket. I only had it for 2 months, they did want to replace as this is unacceptable because it was still almost brand new. At the end they send it in for repares. Max of 6 week. I had to phone them after 6 weeks for my jacket kept on saying they will get back to me and did not. I went to the store for answers and the store manager told me they did not sent it in when i gave them the jacket.

We also experience bad service from the start from workers of the store to Johan the store manager how gave us attitude. No one is eager to help.
