No response to complaint

<p>i bought a pair of speedcross 3 salomon shoes at a cape union mart store, after 6 months these shoes started tearing apart at the top of the shoe, now this is really unacceptable for these expensive shoes to just tear apart, I mean seriously!! I paid R2000 for these shoes!!! I sent my complaint to cape union but since date no one even bothered responding to my complaint!! I am very disappointed in your service!!</p>
