No response through regular communication channels

I have been trying to contact Cape Union Mart. The messages I have sent via the Contact Us form on the website go unacknowledged. The customer service phone number on the website goes to music immediately and doesn't get answered. My last few e-mails to the customer service e-mail address have gone unacknowledged. How do I proceed from here? How do I reach senior management to discuss a service issue?
