No response from Cape Union Mart/K-Way

I emailed Cape Union Mart (K-way) 1 week ago and have not yet had a response. I have also tried calling them a number of times in the same week and have waited up to 10mins for someone to assist and have still not spoken to anyone their.

What a pity I absolutely love the products, the after service is absolutely terrible.
