No Replies to emails and calls

I have phone Cape Union Marts numbers below:<br> <br> Headquarters told me they will get someone to call me back.. two weeks later nothing.<br> Online sales number just ask you to leave a message and promise to phone back.. Three weeks later. Nothing<br> <br> I bought two Intex blow up mattresses but it must have been faulty cause within a month both of them blew.. One just made a bang sound as my husband and child were sleeping on it and the deflated. The other one also deflated upon use and after inspection we saw it has a hole after one day of use!? and we only used it on a thick huge carpet on our living rooms floor.<br> <br> I even wrote a complaint email on the 26 of August and guess what, again no one bother to contact me!<br>
