3 weeks ago, we purchased 2 cooler bags from Cape Union Mart during one of the promotional sales. This past week, we noticed that the zipper on the one had gone faulty, and being unable to find our proof of purchase, we thought that we may have to have it repaired at our expense. However, the staff at the Hemmingways branch definitely went above the call of regular customer service duty in that they not only accepted our product for return, they promptly exchanged it for us right there and then - no questions asked. This is precisely why we will continue to shop at Cape Union Mart.
