No product delivered or communication about delayed delivery

I ordered my mother a jacket for mother's day on 3 May 2020 and to this day I have not received the jacket or even a word of communication from the company besides that I placed an order and paid. I understand the challenges and uncer*****ies that companies are facing due to Covid 19 but at least communicate with your customer or atleast respond to an email.
