No feedback regarding returned shoes

We gave back shoes within the guarantee period to cape union mart, since stitching got loose at the sole. We returned the shoes early March. We were subsequently informed our request was not successful due to mud on the shoes and shoes will be sent to the manufacturer. We still to date have received no further feedback wrt this.<br>
