No feedback after a more than a month??

I laid my complaint more than a month ago in regard to cape union mart in highveld mall ridiculous sercice. I recieved feedback the same day that they would look into it. About a week ago i asked what was going on with no response to date. I am now fed up and will be taking this to all social media as well as local media. Making sure that everyone possible knows the kind of pathetic service they will recieve if they decide to use cape union mart.
