No delivery and no service
I ordered and paid for an item from \Poetry"which is an online store that belongs to Cape Union Mart. More than 2 weeks ago I received a mail that the item has been handed to the couriers. I have not received anything yet. When I check my order online it's status is \""Complete\"". This is spite of the fact that I have received nothing that I have already paid for 3 weeks ago. Nobody answers any of the phones or responds to any e-mails"
