No customer service
I bought a pair of sheep skin slippers at CUM I emailed more than a week ago to enquire about the cleaning instructions but to date have received no feedback. This is a R600 product so I'd like to make sure i don't mess it up. But CUM couldn't care less to get back to me. Thanks for the amazing after sales support CUM
