Nice to have a friendly and efficient interaction

I bought some hiking boots online and needed to exchange them as they were too small. Bonge from the Pavilion Branch was superb from the start. When she looked through all other stores for the correct size and couldn't find one in stock, she took me to find another suitable replacement and then helped me find a great bargain shoe.

Having a friendly and cheerful employee is not always valued as much as it should be. It really makes the customer want to come back to your store.
