My order didn't arrive!!

I'm utterly disappointed with the service I've received.. So firstly I ordered 2 items a week ago, I couldn't track the items because the tracking code wouldn't work, I'd call the customer service and wait for 30 minutes, just to get my call cut. Then finally I get news that my items are going to be delivered today, I get a call and an SMS, I've been waiting the entire day at home... No message to say its not going to arrive. I called the courier services they didn't know what's going on.. Usual stories can't contact the driver. Seriously so upset that I had to write this review! Worse service I've ever received.
