Misleading Promotional Material and Bad Attitude
Cape Union Mart Mall@Reds On 3/29/2022 i sent my wife to buy some Old Khaki Flops. In store and on FaceBook they have a promotion on said flops. The adverti*****t states Get Old Khaki Flops less 50% spend R399 and get 50% off. The manager maintains that i can't buy flops to that value and i need to buy something else to get the discount. Nowhere on the promotion is this stated. The staff and manager of the store refused to give me any discount on my flops after purchasing to the value of R480. I find this in-store promotional material to be false and misleading and will thus forward a complaint to the ARB.
