Merrel Intercept Shoe - quality problems - bought from Cape Union Mart.

I had a problem with the quality of the Merrel Intercept Shoes. I contacted customer service who asked that I take the shoes to the store. 2 weeks later my husband received a call from the Manager of the Richards Bay store to come and receive a replacement. Thank you, Cape Union Mart, you have restored my faith in good old fashioned Customer Service!
