I went to kolonade mall to purchase a k way boots edge I asked for size 10 but I got size 9 and because I wear 10 I didn't bother to fit while was in store the following day I went back to the store an ask a manager to change my shoes to the right size she refused telling the I have already wear the shoes. Another stuff member help me why a manager doesn't know how to treat a customer or is because I'm black buy something from cape union coz we all know that white a their regular customer's. I forgot the name off the lady but she is very *********** I'm a manager myself I know how to treat a customer.
