Lying and dishonest Managers at Cape Union Mart Clearwater Mall

<p>Called the store in the morning to confirm shoe size and availability , was told to come through . At store asked sales guy for my shoe size , he went to the back and returned afte some while with a box saying it's the size . Took the show payed for it and left . Distance from my house to store is plenty, distance from shop to car is plenty , when I returned near car fitted shoe as I needed to wear the shoe due to a problem with my leg , realized the shoe size was not correct . Went back to all the way to the store upset of course yet maintaining my composure and explained the matter to Thandika who said she is the manager, she said she is sorry and looked as if she was going to help , then she handed them attar to Justin who offered me a 15% discount or to deliver the shoe to my door ,. Please note I had all my kids with me ,my wife waiting with them , we are frustrated due to the unnecessary waste of time and cost to come to the store after checking and on top of t the Great amount of useless behavior from the sales staff by not being able to check the correct size requested by the customer , then waking all the way back with all my kids and realizing it's the wrong size , so yes I was Tired so I informed him to give me some time I will call him and inform him of my decision . On my way home after all my kids were settled I called the store and spoke to Thandika and told her I think fair discount would be 20% and she can arrange it with Glen. She them called me back and she and Justin probably find joy in lying and frustrating customers as she says sorry because we price matched we cannot keep our word and give you the discount for all your frustration and our incompetence and wasting your time and money and so we just decided to make u a fool . So yep long story is the managers of cape Union mart are liers and are tarnishing the reputation of this store brand as you can see other reviews on this site . I will use all other forums to make people aware of the lies and **** service from this store and brand . <br />So yep Thandeka and Justin you need to go for training on how to be honest and deal justly or rather change your field of work .</p>
