Thanks to Lulu I was able to make a purchase over the phone whilst i was in the UAE. I called the Cresta branch and with patience and a friendly manner she asked how she could be of assistance. When I made my query she quickly went to check their stocks, making sure to note the colour and sizes available. When we agreed on the specifics she gladly agreed to send me a WhatsApp picture of the product, agreed to provide her personal details so I could get my sister, who was in joburg flying out that day , to contact her directly for directions. Together with her team they had my order ready for purchase as soon as my sister arrived at the shop. I was kept abreast of all proceedings via WhatsApp.
