After I was utterly disappointed with Cape Union Mart The Reds Mall, and even after I had to complain again as I was not contacted as promised after the complaint. I decided to go to the Centurion branch. Tebatso assisted me with my order and from start to finish was patient, courteous, informative and kept me up to date by himself. I would receive a phone call every few days just to let me know what's going on and never felt I would be disappointed. He even shorted out a mistake made on the order in a timely fassion again keeping me informed. Truly a beacon for customer service and professional to the extreme. Thanks for making a very unpleasant situation a pleasant shopping experience.
