Life time warranty
in 2012 i bought a k-way bag pack, inside the bag there was a leaflet inside that had a life time warranty. On saturday i took back the bag pack they did not want to take it back. They told me they only have one year warranty on the bag pack. The lady who was assisting was also very rude to me. Her name is Joenlle
